Use referrer `0x000...0` if the user has none. During Genesis set minBought to 0. After Launch set minBought to 95% of the pool quote for 40% of the BNB value.

## Tell the user before minting
- Outlaw BNB cannot be refunded after Launch.
- Scout returns BNB after 24 hours and pays 10% of the Outlaw token rate, with no Belt.
- Sending tokens resets notches and forfeits unclaimed rewards.
- The contracts have no owner and no independent audit. They can lose all value.
